“Well equipped, clean, comfortable property”

I stayed at the property with my mother and grandmother and we had a wonderful week together. Everything in the property was lovely and clean and much thought had gone into providing things that would be needed for an enjoyable holiday. The beds were very comfortable and the single beds were a good size for adults. The conservatory was perfect for enjoying the pretty garden and we had lovely weather so made good use of the patio furniture. The lovely quiet location was ideal for us and we loved seeing the horses and goats at the end of the garden each day. The owners were right next door and were very helpful and friendly. This property is the perfect place to unwind and relax and it is well placed to enjoy the Norfolk Broads at Wroxham, Norwich and the Norfolk Coast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

“Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Retreat”

Stayed at this lovely barn conversion for two weeks and we found it very quiet and extremely clean, Paul and Marilyn, the owners are anxious to please and nothing was too much trouble. Small fully-enclosed sheltered garden with plenty of room for our dogs to run. Horses and goats visit the fence at bottom of garden looking for a bit of fuss. Although not shown as having Wi-Fi, I had no problem getting connected in the two bedrooms. Never ran out of places to visit and were always pleased to know we were going back to a comfortable holiday home. The conservatory is a great place to read and relax if the weather is not so good. All in all, money well spent

“Comfortable and relaxing place to stay”

A lovely and clean place to stay with lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers.
Mr and Mrs Carrick are very hospitable and accommodating people anxious to please. The animals were a big bonus for us townies and the kids were allowed to feed and help with the care of some of them.
The location is well placed for Broads, coast and Norwich, however you DO need a car.
