The selection of restaurants in Repino is a bit limited, and they are generally quite pricey. Stroganoff is certainly not cheap, but still offers very decent value when compared with most other restaurants in the area. We shared a starter of avocado salad with grilled squid on top, which was absolutely fantastic. I had a burger for main, which was large, flavoursome, and served with thick cut chips, a rare treat! My wife had a leg of lamb with a side of grilled vegetables. Unfortunately the lamb was cold inside, so we had to return it. The waiter was very apologetic, and we were given a free dessert of profiterole with raspberry coulis and chocolate sauce - which we managed to consume as it was so tasty, despite the fact that we were already quite full. As mentioned already, portions are very generous. A shared starter and a main each was more than enough for two hungry people, even without the pudding. The wine list is very extensive, and although there are some very expensive bottles, a glass of very decent sauvignon blanc is available for 250 rubles. The entry level red is the same price and looked very acceptable. No local craft beer unfortunately, which is always a pity, but overall an excellent meal with good service, which we'd be happy to repeat if in the area again. There was live music which was a bit cheesy, but the singer had a great voice and it was completely unobtrusive.
