Casita Blanca Condos are located within walking distance to the town square as well as many restaurants, shops and bars. It is beachfront with plenty of lounges & pelapas directly on the beach. The pool is great with a number of lounge chairs & several pelapas. We stayed in unit C4, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, bakeware, microwave, coffeemaker stove & oven. It had a tv, dvd player, a number of dvds & books. The furniture is very comfy. The beds were really comfortable too, which is not always the case. It has a nice deck that overlooks the pool & beach & has a small table & 4 chairs. Very helpful staff & wonderful neighbors. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay & will definitely be back!
We stayed for 3 days, the one bedroom unit was perfect for a family of 5 (three young children) as the one bedroom was huge with two beds and room for a playpen. Great location, about 900m north from the centre of PM, the beach in this area is larger and less crowded compared to further south. Pool was a good size, shallower so again perfect for kids, unit is 30 seconds from the pool and about 1.5 minutes to the beach with lots of loungers - perfect. Check in was easy, the area is clean and well maintained, no complaints at all, would recommend this place to anyone, even to a family of 5! (you could sleep 1-2 people in the main room on a futon instead of all 5 in the bedroom)
Stayed here over Xmas and News Year. Definately a nice little spot in a condo complex, right on the best beach in the area. Condo itself is a small one bedroom, perfect for a couple with all the cooking amenaties required for the stay. Nice little patch of grass right outside the screen doors with a palapa and couple of beach chairs to relax and read a book. May not have the best view in the complex, but is secluded and quiet. Say hi to the cats and give them a treat.
See Roberto on site for any questions or reccomendations. Wilbur (cab #146) speaks english very well and will take you on great day trips to the cenotes. Puerto Morelos is a quiet little town fun to walk around and enjoy the local food. Fresh fish daily on the BBQ was one of my favorite, along with a little restaurant called Chicken Itza. Pick a calm day and take the snorkel tour out to the reef, you will not be disapointed.
