Great service at breakfast today from samanta and Luz areli, anyone wondering wether to visit , don't hesitate the place is perfect definitely recommend upgrading to diamond , the whole resort is spotless all the time the buffet is great

Just got back from here yesterday 24/09/18 and I can honestly say From start to finish this hotel was amazing. Speedy check in, room was amazing we had the standard luxury junior suite. Very clean and spacious. Excellent Aircon in the room. FREE room service which we took full advantage of, Fantastic

- Pools: all pools were exceptional, we tried every pool throughout our stay. The infinity pools were the ones we spent most our time to relax, main pools we went to when we wanted a couple of afternoon drinks with more a lively atmosphere.

- Drinks: Frozen cocktails AMAZING. Mango Tango is definitely worth a try!! Service around the pools for drinks was fantastic I don't think we went to the bar through the day more than twice!! Lovely friendly staff. Daniel at the pool bar what a LEGEND.

- Food: Food was brilliant, even in the standard buffet, always lovely meal with friendly waiters. the steak restaurant we went to three times, it was just beautiful!! The food and environment was amazing. the only let down with regards to the food was the Italian, I wanted to go on my birthday. We understand the first come first served, get your buzzer system, which is fine as we would go to the bar for a drink, the buzzer never rang.. the guy on the desk was quite rude, we felt a little looked down on and it was 'we are busy its an hour wait, here, here's your buzzer'. We never went back another night. ice cream parlour deffo worth a try!

-Bars: All bars were great, good drinks and good staff. Lots of seats.

-Entertainment: was ok, although I cannot comment too much as we didn't watch the entertainment a lot as we ate a little later, bands were very good, lovely setting.
Watched two boxing matches in the sports bar deffo recommend the BBQ chicken wings!! Delishhhh. Advised if offered the bottle deal for a big sporting match to not accept, we were told not tables would be available without the bottle service, so we accepted and had to pay $35 on check out for a bottle we didn't even open.

-I really would recommend this hotel for families, groups of friends, couples, and people of all ages. We really had the most amazing time at this hotel.

My wife and I visited Royalton Riviera Cancun in September 2018 and had a fantastic time. The rooms, food, pools, service and all other amenities were excellent.All the people working there were courteous, polite and very friendly. Everyday it was hola, hola, hola.
I want to make a special mention of Danny of Aquafit program and Gym for his frienliness and advice. He was just great. Also want to mention Bety Palestina and Diana Esplnosy of Travel Smart for their friendship, courtesy and advice. Thank you also to Hanzi at the front reception for advice and friendly chats everyday. Thank you all so much. Will definitely visit again. Bye! Nurallah and Mumtaz.

Room tip: It will be more enjoyable to get a room facing the pools.

Overall this is a great hotel.Check-in/check -out swift and easy.The pool areas clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds and towels(Carlos the towel man at diamond club pool an absolute jem).Food was plentiful and of exceptional quality in all restaurants but Hunter's steakhouse and Carrabian grill were best in my opinion.We were in a diamond club suite which had everything you need eg:coffee machine,iron,hair dryer and safe.Gaby and David our butler's were brilliant and made our stay really enjoyable by organizing all our spa,restaurant and room service bookings,and organized a great day to remember for my 50th birthday.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for young and old,families and couples who don't want to be in Cancun it's self.

Stayed at royalton,08/09/2018 for two weeks.

A high standard hotel. Lots of restaurants have a variety of food. Full of pools. Great team, we came for three nights and we do not want to leave. There is a solution for all ages from the smallest to the largest. A variety of activities. You do not need a
anything from that
