My friend and I booked via the website and received a prompt and friendly reply from Victor. We enjoyed a superb day's riding through beautiful and varied countryside on well behaved but forward-going horses, selected and appropriate for our very different levels of experience. Stephanie took good care of us and the horses. The specialist tracking saddles were very comfortable.

As we have explored the islands of the Azores in many different ways (car, walking, quad, etc.. ) we wanted to have a more unforgetable experience to explore the beautifull island of Faial! And with Patio we got one!!! We had zero experience in horse riding, but that is no problem. Victor & Anja customize the trip based on your experience, by selecting the right horse and the best routes! As we had no experience, during the ride Victor checked once in a while if everytging was still okay. Everytging is well explained by the owners, they speak a variety of languages. The owners really love what they do, and that contributes to an unforgetable experience! It was one of the highlights of our visit to the azores. We will return when visiting Faial again:)
