I am from Goa, India.
The food in India is so diverse that each region and sometimes within the same region in India has a different cuisine comprising different ingredients as well, Unlike China or Italy where the food is similar but only little variations.
So for me, even though this is indian food, it is huge difference from home food. But it surely reminds me of home.
All dishes are freahly made and almost everything all masalas from scratch which gives the food its authentic taste.
I enjoy sipping Sambar slowly with chutney.
