First off - the owner Sabrina was very nice and responsive prior to and during the rental.

The house is very clean and spacious with a beautiful deck that has a large picnic table type design. We ate our meals out there most night with a great view of the river in the background. The house is also stocked with basic food items, towels, many toys for kids to enjoy, a foosball table.... the list goes on and on!

The sauna is phenomenal after a long day of sight seeing, kayaking or the like and the smell from the wood in there is pleasing.

There are two floating docks to easily access sissiboo river to swim, kayak, canoe or just dip your feet in. The walkdowns are quite steep so keep an eye on children there but the dirt side is quite easy to get down and the rock and dirt sides are both easy to get up. Sabrina has three kayaks and life jackets available for you to use - which is great as it's a beautiful river to take advantage of.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. It gets a little hot some night without ceiling fans but you can open the windows throughout and get a good breeze while also hearing the many owls outside. (Which we saw multiple times)

Don't let the unpaved roads scare you - the route is convenient to highway 101 or to Weymouth and is easy to remember. There is a private gate ensuring privacy and safety while there.

I could honestly write much more but basically - we all LOVED this place. A great hidden gem and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 100% we will stay again if available when we return. Rent this place and enjoy the privacy and beauty it provides!!!!
