Great food!
Setup like a beer hall, shared tables, and can be a noisy venue.
May be a little pricy for the size of the serves, but you do get what you pay for. The food is excellent, and I will definately be going back.

Bench seats, shared plates with friends
Stand out dish lamb rump, beef flank, also charcoal egg plant start plate.
We had a young waiter Tristan who served us on our last visit. As with our last visit nothing was too much trouble from the extended wine list, clean plates at the meal intervals, great service and a young man passionate about what his job. Jackalope you are lucky to have him on your staff. Well done Tristan look forward to seeing you next visit!!

My fiancé & went here on Saturday 17 March & joined my sisters birthday celebrations. The group we joined had lunch here & also made gin here.

It was a very laid back atmosphere, in fact so laid back that the 11 staff on were so enjoying each others conversations that they missed out on a lot of sales as people just gave up waiting & left.

It took us over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine in the bar due to non attentive staff.

Clearly the owners have a vision as the place is amazing, it’s a pity the staff do not reflect this vision too.

As an events manager who books venues for wine clubs I wondered in today to have a coffee and check out the new willow creek for potential bookings. The person at the front desk showed us to our seat outside but before we sat down my husband said excitedly to have a look at a terrace close to the outside eating area as the view was amazing. We wondered over only to have the front desk person run after us calling out that we are not allowed in that area, its for hotel guests only. Her manner so was rude one would have thought we had stolen something from the restaurant!! We felt humiliated as everyone looked from the restaurant. She event escorted us out the side gate that was roped off. We felt like a couple of naughty school kids caught smoking!! Ridiculous. We didn't see the sign when we went in so we are very sorry for that Willow creek but maybe hire people who have bit more diplomacy to their manner. This girl doesn't do you any favours and suffice to say you wont be getting any wine bookings from me in the future.
