On a recommendation we decided to drive over to Artisan for a casual dinner. We were initially skeptical to try pizza on a Caribbean Island
But we were delighted to find this treasure

It's an open air casual Caribbean venue with a covered small kitchen that houses an actual authentic Neapolitan pizza oven and certified chef. The variety of pizza are overwhelming but we opted for the Lobster Pizza special. My husband and I had white wine and enjoyed the complimentary popcorn they served us before our Angry Shrimp arrived. We split this and a whole pizza. We were stuffed! and toasted the night with the complimentary shots they presented to us.

We did want to try the Pistachio Pesto Pasta but they were out---next visit!

Better than average for Italian food. Although they specialize in Pizza, their lasagna pretty good also. The gelato was quite good as well. They get crowded at 7PM and reservations are strongly recommended or you may not get seated. It was nice not to pay $200 for dinner for 2 tonight to be honest.

This is a cute little place with great Neapolitan pizza, and the pasta and Caprese salad we had were delicious. The owner trained in Naples, Italy, so if your familiar with this kind of wood burning stove cooking you know how good this is. I would suggest reservations as they are usually booked up pretty quickly. You'll have a good time here.

Because pizza is amazing and it's affordable but almost impossible to go grain/Glutenfree but chef says he's working on that kind of pizza. I love the Carnival pizza but the waitresses didn't know what it was or didn't bother to try to find what I wanted. The wait staff basically are rude or uncaring! But that's why tips are automatically added! Fabulous homemade ice cream & cheesecake! Need reservations--ugg!

Super pizza! Great find, we will go to this place every time we are in Anguilla. Nice, casual evening. Pizza just like Italy.
