Was recommended this place by local friends and it didn’t disappoint...

Fabulous coffee and gorgeous set up and caramel slice..

Friendly and helpful service and butcher was great and can’t wait to eat the meat we bought!

Thankyou! We will recommend this to all our friends who visit!

We stopped for lunch here shortly after arriving on Phillip Island and the toasted sandwiches were so good we came back the next day before heading back to Melbourne. The coffee and cakes were also great. Definitely worth a visit (or two)!

If you're in the area, save your appetite for this little gem tucked away on the rolling hills of farmland en route to Nobbies. It truly did not disappoint! Quite a hipster little farm stall come cafe, with delightful spots under the trees. We had great coffee and shared the creme brûlée doughnuts which should, bin all honesty, be declared illegal! They were deliciously moreish and if I hadn't travelled all the way back to Melbourne, I'd have found 101excuses to return. It's a gorgeous spot with everything from rye sourdough to delectable deli items. I honestly wish the owners a prosperous journey from strength to strength as they offer an organic, quality experience to passing travellers.

Everything is beautifully presented. The staff are lovely and friendly, and everything we ate and drank was fresh and tasty. It is a great place to stop and look around, buy a coffee and something to eat. The butcher section is also beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the prices are more than we could afford so we had to settle with coffees and a few snacks.

This is a little but busy cafe on Ventnor Road. You can get fresh homemade bread, a variety of gourmet delicatesan products (eg chilli jam), some fruit and vegies and even flowers. They also have some really nice red wine for sale. In addition to this there are home made pies and toasties. Whilst the menu is not as extensive as some of the cafes in cowes, all the food is fresh and tasty. They also have the best butcher on the island attached to the cafe with homemade sausages, hambergers, kebabs and a variety of other meat products. The type of meat on offer depends on when you visit but just tell them what you are wanting and they can tell you what they can give you and the best way to cook it.. Chickens run around the area and there is the biggest pet pig I have ever seen (apparently eats quite a lot of bread). This place is most definately worth the drive out of the Cowes township, very rustic and very, very nice. As we don't reside on the island permanently we regualry go there to stock up on their produce and take it back to Melbourne but when we are staying on the Island their produce is great to serve up to people who stay with us.
