We were driving to see Point Prim Lighthouse and zoomed past the sign that said "bottle village" I knew there was one on the Island but thought it was in a very different part of the Island (there is in Cap-Egmont) but after visiting the lighthouse we stopped to see this one. It is amazing! All these buildings made from bottles, a church, school and other buildings. The cost is by donation, which we happily made. I understand that other one is larger - but if you're going to see Point Prim lighthouse stop by and see this!

While touring around, we made a wrong turn and stumbled upon this glass house village. It is stunningly beautiful; the scenery, the houses of glass! Was blown away. LOVE that admission is by donation to the IWK.

This is on the road when you are going to the light house (on the right side) . . . . . . there is a sign but you need to watch for it. There is a driveway that goes around a house and these bottle creations are incredible and worth making the stop for.

It was a bit of a jog to find this place but worth it! A fascinating village created out of colourful bottles. A serious insane amount of work went into building it. Admission is by donation. If you get lost finding it, ask a local. They might refer to it as Garfield's.

The ferry terminal guide recommended this stop on the way into Charlottetown. The handmade bottle houses raise money for the IWK - the regional children's hospital. View at your own pace, great pictures and lots of old interesting bottles. Admission by donation.
