We only did the half hour ride and had the option to extend to the full hour ride if we wanted to. We enjoyed our experience and after a short training session were confident and in control. We are in our late 50’s and reasonably fit and active. The down side of the Segway is that your weight is on your feet and you don’t get the opportunity to move them. This was an issue for my husband who has poor circulation in his legs and by the end of the 30 minutes his feet were sore and he needed to get off and walk around.
