This service was recommended by our hotel. After waiting over an hour we gave up and called a cab. Others waiting at the same time also gave up in disgust. The company refused any refunds. When we first arrived there was someone talking to waiting passengers. She said the delay was because school had just finished (it was 3.30pm). Doesn't that happen around 5 days per week, 40 weeks per year?
