This service was recommended by our hotel. After waiting over an hour we gave up and called a cab. Others waiting at the same time also gave up in disgust. The company refused any refunds. When we first arrived there was someone talking to waiting passengers. She said the delay was because school had just finished (it was 3.30pm). Doesn't that happen around 5 days per week, 40 weeks per year?

My wife and I have traveled the world and let me tell to avoid this company at all costs. I would give them a zero if I could. They told us it was a private shuttle that would come in 10 minutes. An hour later 2 full shuttles came loaded with lots of people and they couldn’t take us. We went back to the airport and demanded a refund only to be told no we can’t do that! I am disputing with my cc company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle to take me to my hotel. Rang and they said it would be 5 minutes. It was another 20 minutes.

The shuttle was 35 minutes late picking me up from my hotel.

This service is the worst I have experienced in 20 years of travel to and from Sydney KSA. We booked at the Airport when we arrived in Sydney. They crammed us into the shuttle telling us that they only had two stops on the way to our destination, 5 stops later and an hour and 20 minutes to the Rocks Cruise Terminal I was sorry that I had booked them back to the airport, although they promised that we would have a shuttle waiting for us at 8:30 on the morning of our arrival.
We were ready to go at 8:10 (quicker then we had anticipated). We asked the vacant shuttles if we could jump on and they said that they were waiting for 8:00 bookings, which was fair enough, so we waited. That shuttle left with 2 people on it ( ot the ones they were waiting for and it held 8) without checking with us again. 5 shuttles later and 4 calls to them and at 9:15 we grabbed an independent driver agreed to the price (cheaper than R2G) left. 2 minutes later R2G rang to say that the shuttle had arrived and where were we - this is after we had told them that we had to leave to catch our flight.
We repeated that we had to leave in order to arrive in time for our flight and then gave them a veritable ear full about lack of service.
To their credit they apologised, but now we have to write them an email to receive the money we paid in advance back. They would not refund at the counter nor would they provide any further useful assistance.

3月25日12:30pm 到達Sydney機場後看到redy2go的桌子,以為是info centre就走過去問路,結果被說服買了4人來回程的車票(去程73.5+回程59)。櫃姐還向我說給我Big discount(回程59),我當下很開心。

3月29日7:10am 司機來到飯店接我們,他看到我們時說只能載3個人。我問,他就說:

到機場,我飛奔去他們櫃台找他們理論。他們同事愛理不理,還是說收據上手改成4人不承認,只承認自己系統。又說不知道收據上簽名的是誰,又問我收我錢的司機叫甚麼名字...一堆問題問我...我心很火大,因為他們那麼”RELY ON”他們的系統,為什麼又一直問一個旅客不會注意到的事,他們系統只能查收了多少錢而不能查出誰下的單子嗎??又說我跟本少付他們,實際上我還差他們錢...又說找到問題的根源會打電話給我,給我一個答案,叫我留我home country 的電話(根本不可能打)

我生氣的點是1)如果一開始就說我要付81 塊4個人,我會付錢。但是他們現是說給我discount, 然後叫我付差價....生意也不是這樣子做吧 2)櫃哥姐態度是根本不想處理問題,要我直至說出他們應該要自己找系統,他們才願意開系統看發生什麼事。我:you should not do that to me. (意指discount 的事)櫃姐:not me. 態度超事不關己...
