This is a very beautiful botanical gardens cared for by an army of enthusiastic volunteers on a Tuesday, some of whom we met while exploring the many and varied garden themes and tracks. Many tracks are easily accessible for prams and those with mobility aids.
The Sculpture garden was wonderful. Some of the plants are named and it would be good for more to be named but as the volunteers explained it is a work in progress with more gardens and areas planned.
There are very good picnic facilities ( you need to bring your own drinks and food) and amenities available and shady areas to sit and enjoy the birds and admire the plants.
