Thank you for taking the time to review Cairns Holiday Park, I am pleased to see your stay was a largely positive one and you enjoyed the the parks amenities and free wifi.
I am disappointed to read that your experience was let down by guests at the park who did not obey the parks no noise policy. As stated on the back of our park map, the no noise policy starts from 10pm until 6am the following morning. We encourage guests to notify park management of these types of issues so the problem may be rectified and appropriate action may be taken. An after hours/emergency number is displayed on the front window of reception so guests may contact staff outside of office hours regarding these types of issues.
