The squid and chorizo is to die for - incredible flavours, generous serve.

Great spot for one on a communal table in the back corner - heaps of room for the laptop and great for people watching.

Good beer and wine by the glass list, lovely service and very fast food.
Highly recommended for the business traveler but it does get busy after 7pm on a Monday night!

We were recommended this restaurant by a number of people and it was well worth it! Thankfully we were told that we must book.... we got the last seats at the end of a communal table.

The staff were lovely..... the meals are HUGE..... a small plate is really a large plate..... OMG.... we over ordered ... but couldn't stop... the food was so delicious.

Amazing Vegetarian Options, the most amazing mix of colours, textures and flavours.... YUM....

We will definitely be coming back!

Reviews we had read of Peel St suggested it would be a marvellous dining experience. Sad to say, it wasn't for us. Staff were not very professional, a bit slap dash. Couldn't read all the menu on the wall as it was partially obscured by diners sitting against it. Presentation of the dish portions looked messy & one overflowing with greenery, obscuring the main ingredient. E.g. Pork belly was hidden amongst the greenery with a prawn at each end, but it did have terrific flavours. Smashed broccolini with anchovy on sourdough was confusing. Greek lamb was a large bowl of lamb & a mish-mash of other ingredients.
Decor of the room is nice, allowing for small & larger groups. Wine selection was ok. I can't imagine visiting again.

As visitors to Adelaide, we chose this restaurant based on the reviews on Trip Advisor .... but to be honest we felt a little let down. To be completely fair, the menu range was very good and the flavors were really good. But the portion sizes weren't adequate (5 people dined and each serving only had 4 servings) and of the 5 different dishes we ordered every one of them had bread as a core ingredient of the dish - it wasn't listed as such on the menu ..... so it almost felt like they were cutting costs by having bread in each meal rather than the ingredients listed on the menu.

Stopped in at 1:15pm on a Thursday without a reservation. Restaurant was fully booked but we were accommodated at the bar. Bar faces the kitchen and we were reminded about the amount of work it takes to prepare southeast Asian food!

Vietnamese beef salad and banana leaf chicken were more than enough for two of us. Each was really quite good with very fresh herbs, lime juice etc. Staff very friendly and warned us not to over order. Not inexpensive but definitely worth the price.
