Possibly the best Chinese food that we have had in Australia, certainly up there with the Flower Drum in Melbourne. Hobart is lucky to have a Chinese restaurant of this quality. For entrees, the crab dumplings and duck sang choy bao were perfect. For mains, the blue eye trevalla was delicious, Cantonese style, and the Szechuan duck a lovely contrast with fresh spice. No commercial artificial sauces here. Excellent wine list and service. A very memorable dinner.
