We saw a feature on the hand made burrata on the TV and though "we want to eat that "! Conveniently the restaurant is in Melbourne and the bonus is we have never eaten Sardinian cuisine. The restaurant is a lovely sleek space with clean lines. Our waiter was Italian and he recommended some really lovely wines - that was a great compliment to our meal. The burrata was excellent. We followed that with baby goat and an eye fillet. This was an excellent meal and we would definitely eat here again.
