Arrival was timed in conjunction with representative from Urban Minder who was punctual but as we had not been to the apartment block previously we had a little difficulty in meeting up - a it of unfamiliarity from both parties but no hassle. The location on Southbank adjacent to the Crown Casino and within easy walking distance of the city is ideal - also great choice of restaurants nearby and within easy walks.
The apartment has basic furnishings but everything you need for a stay of any length and is comfortably furnished. It is on the 36th floor which is good but lacks any real atmosphere mainly due to the lack of a balcony - There are other apartments in the building with balconies which would be a better option if they are available for rent.
Amenities in the building include a 25 metre heated pool on the 10th floor together with a sauna, steam room, gymnasium and access outdoors to a deck with BBQ's and plenty of space.
The check out is by ipad and very effective.
Overall this apartment only lacks atmosphere to be rated very good and as stated earlier the absence of a balcony and access to fresh air is a drawback. I would recommend it to a friend if it had outdoor access but as it is I don't see it as value for money. .
