We were recommended by a friend to stay at Bali Hai, it was a good recommendation.

Let start with the telephone booking. The person we spoke with was very helpful and did a great job of accomodating our needs and we ended up staying at the resort for the whole duration of our holiday in Broome.

We stayed in a deluxe studio. The accommodation was spacious with a large bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped with clean kitchen washing towels every day, tea, coffee, and clothes washing powder sachets refreshed every day. The outdoor eating area was very nice with a Webber BBQ.

The cafe served up great food and drinks. Note, the cafe is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Overall, the service was very efficient and friendly.

The common areas were very nicely landscaped and well maintained. The common laundry has two washing machines and three driers for guest use. The pool was well located and a pleasure to swim and relax around.

The only area that could be improved is the room cleaning, the quality was erratic.

One tip, if your wifi in your accommodation is not working well, talk to reception, they gave us a Telstra wifi hotspot to use in our room, and the problem was solved.

I would stay here again, it is well located to Cable Beach and a short drive from the town centre and we felt very comfortable and happy with our choice of accommodation on our holiday to Broome and surrounds.

We stayed at the Bali Hai Resort in Broome in a self contained villa with an outside private bathroom . Each villa also has an outdoor area with BBQ .
We had dinner at the restaurant which I can highly recommend and we are within walking distance of Cable Beach.
I would recommend this resort for couples and families.
We would definitely stay here again

A relaxing few days on my first visit to Broome spent at this tranquil, aesthetic property, relatively close to the beach, with the bus stop virtually outside the door. Iona and Shane in Reception particularly epitomised excellence in customer service! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they showed sincere interest in my welfare and in the enjoyment of my holiday. Staff at the Spa were also very customer focused and offered a high level of service. Little extras added comfort to my stay including the fragrant aromas of incense and oils burning from the reception area and wafting through the property, a cup of refreshing lemon grass tea, a good quality mattress and bedding, numerous overhead fans, an attractive outdoor bathroom (though a bit chilly in the mornings & evenings), a great pool and plenty of outdoor seating including a Balinese outdoor day bed. I highly recommend Bali Hai as a great property to stay at in Broome.

Room Tip: For a good garden view & added light villa 2 was great.

We had a studio and when the description said outside shower, we assumed that this was additional to the inside bathroom. Not so. The whole bathroom is outside. When we were in Broome it was cold and windy. It was no fun to be showering with luke warm water while an icy wind swirled around you. It was even worse to get out of a warm bed to attend a call of nature in the middle of the night.
Having said that, the main studio room was well kitted out and had all the essentials. The staff were very helpful. The property is near Cable Beach, but as we had a car, that was no problem anyway. Would visit again in more warm weather to make better use of the outside bathroom.

I arrived here after being helicoptered off a broken down boat & I felt I'd walked into paradise. Loved the outdoor bathroom & staff friendly & helpful. Only stayed overnight so didn't explore the amenities. I loved it but after camping on a boat for 13 nights I was easy to please!

We ate here after a walk to Cable Beach and it did not disappoint it was terrific, we shared an entrée and followed it up with the snapper and beef fillet, both of which were cooked perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list and offered good advice

We booked 9 nights in a deluxe studio at the Bali Hai. We come to Broome every winter to escape the cold in Melbourne and have a rest from busy jobs. We have stayed in other Broome resorts, including the Pearl, Kimberley Sands and Mantra Frangipani. We have always enjoyed our stay until this time. The Bali Hai markets itself as tranquil and peaceful. This was not our experience. Our room - 18 - backed onto a busy car park that services the Bali Hai and another resort next door. The walkway to the car park went directly past our room. It was also directly next to the laundry. The car park was noisy until late at night and housekeeping start at the laundry early in the morning. On day two, after a sleepless night, we asked reception if we could move rooms. They said they would see what was possible. They never got back to us. There were vacancy signs out, so we find it hard to believe they could not have assisted us. After 7 nights we were so exhausted we left early and forfeited two nights stay. That is how bad it was.

Room Tip: Do not stay in room 18, it is very noisy
