Good clean hotel and central location however breakfast wasn't included in the rate which was disappointing. Bedroom and bathroom were well appointed and clean. A couple of detractions however: the shower spray was all over the place and weak and the bathtub was rusty. I had to remake the bed before I got in it as the mattress protector was all wrinkled up underneath the sheet.
Service in the restaurant was prompt and considerate of a small child late in the evening. Quality of food wasn't up to expectation and the price charged for it. Loyalty club member discount also wasn't applied in the restaurant and had to be rectified at checkout.

I booked a secret hotel deal on last minute and ended up at no Orel Perth Langley. It was in a good spot for picking up our no birds car at bayswater car rentals(highly recommended and super cheap car hire btw).

The brekky was included and lovely, including freshly made omelets and waffles.

Great service staff- very quick chek in and out.

The bed must have been improved since other reviews because they were very comfy king size in our room.

However, the actual fittings of the room were a bit ough around the edges. Peeling paint on the doors and walls, shower curtain, loose tap fixtures and burn marks in the bath tub. A remote control that didn't quite work.

I read that it was 5 star online, however their rating certificate in the lobby was 4 star.

It was ok for one night but wouldn't try this one again

Welcomed by friendly staff and booking in was effortless and professional. We had a very comfortable room with views to the Swan River. We really needed a rest and it was just that...relaxing!
Very convenuient to just walk everywhere in Perth withoutr need of a vehicle.
The transperth bus network is FREE in the CBD area so you can get about from one end of the city to the other without any unnecessary costs like taxis.
All in all it was away from the hubub of Northbridge but easy to get about to anywhere we needed to be.
