We spent 6days at Fraser Suited Perth.

Service was absolutely first class, special mention to Mr Ali & Mr Christian, which definitely are borned to be in the hospitality trait. Keep up the impeccable service guys!

Roon view was fantastic, facing Swan Lake, and was huge and cosy, with a super comfy bed.
Toiletries were all Loccitane, super luxury. Breakfast variety was ok and delicious.

It was easy to catch a bus no.380 to n from hotel to airport, which takes about 30minutes, n stops just 20metres from the hotel. N all buses opposite the hotel go to the city centre.

This will be my no.1 hotel when back in Perth

We stayed at the beginning of January for 4nights.
This one bedroom apartment hotel room had spacious dining and living area, equipped kitchen, good size bedroom with comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub and separated shower. We did not use but it had washing machine and dryer. All functional, modern and nicely decorated.
We also liked the location which is not too close to the city centre.
The view from the balcony was wonderful especially sunset over Swan River.
The balcony, however, only had one chair. We expected one table and two chairs and asked the staff to supply. They could not arrange any during our stay as shortage of the furniture.....
The door between bedroom and living space was taken out. The front could explain why. The reason I booked one bedroom apartment not a single hotel room, is to have separate spaces. It was disappointed.
Overall it is a nice place to stay, as far as they have fixed above problems.

This room is nice, and feels very up market & quality.
However the main issue here was a terrible A/C unit that howls like a southern gale, that did nothing towards warming the room. So after one evening with this, off it went. For the next 4 days, I have had a jacket on in room 1910.

Nice room, comfy bed, good hot water, great shower, soft towels, great pillows, warm blankets and a decent desk & lighting for work. So this is good.
However there is no movie hire channel, and only partial Fox TV.

In the bathroom, the toilet paper is in THE most awkward place I have ever seen anywhere in the world, you nearly have to twist 180 degrees around to even reach the toilet paper, which actually isn't on a toilet roll holder, it is actually on a holder for spare toilet paper, so to use it, you have to remove the whole roll off the holder & unwind it in your hands. Very strange.

Mini bar drinks & snacks were not replaced until I asked reception to do so.

The coffee in the coffee shop down stairs near the back door is fantastic, and staffed by some really great warm people. The reception staff should take customer service training from the coffee shop staff.

Great amenities in the room for a couple if they are staying here for any length of time, as there is a cook top, a draw type dish washer and a huge sink. Wardrobe space is huge.

The room service menu is time of day based, which is a bit sad, as there are things that I wanted on the menu, but were not available at the time of day I wanted them.

EG:
The fruit plate is only available after 10;30pm!!!
Something basic like fruit should be available all day & night.
Not to mention it was $16 (please see image)

More basic foods are also VERY expensive
Fish & chips$26
Chicken burger $25
Chicken Caesar Salad $26
Beef burger $28
Chips $9
OUCH

The rest of the room service menu reads like a fine dining 5 star restaurant.
Who wants to eat $40 "herb crusted Margaret River lamb rack with lamb shoulder roulade, grilled polenta, dried olives & caponata" in their room while working?

To be honest, if someone wants to eat in their room, they will want reasonably priced basic food available all day & night.

Not a bad place, but could be fantastic.

Room Tip: I recommend you eat out.

Impressed with the size of the room. Comes with a separate living room that has a small kitchenette. Room was tidy and clean. Service staff was friendly and responsive. Easily accessible using public transport too. Slight disappointment that they couldn't allow us a late check out at 2pm because our flight was at 5pm. Otherwise, would have been a perfect end to our trip to Perth and first time staying at a Fraser property. Some slight flexibility would have been great.. I am sure even at high occupancy you can exercise some flexibility.

We had a short trip to Perth for a quick get away! Accommodation was fantastic very clean, service was outstanding, rooms were well equipped, had the best nights sleep! Would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathroom it was hard to see what you were doing when putting make up on!

Room Tip: Better lighting in bathroom would be great I really struggled to put my make up on it was too dark!

Dear Nicole B
So great to hear you had a great night's sleep, so important when you are away from home!! Thank you for the suggestion regarding the bathroom light. We are currently looking at ways to improve this. We do have a portable make up mirror available upon request in the meantime and could certainly provide this for you on any future stays.
We hope to welcome you back soon, until then, wishing you all the very best
