“Modern 1br apartment close to CBD, walk to Beaufort St/amenities”

Full equipped kitchen, complimentary tea/coffee, free wifi, owner arranged a portacot (for free), free parking onsite. Easy walk to Beaufort St restaurant strip, shops, supermarkets. Highly recommend for couples, singles, or small families.
