Very reasonably priced, centrally located motel. Had everything we needed and was quiet. Reception was friendly. We booked en route and had no problems on arrival. Would stay there again if in Napier.

Arrived in the late afternoon to be greeted by an extremely pleasant & helpful young lady - Talezza. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Service was excellent - one young lady (sorry didn't get name) actually brought our washing and a cloths horse up to our room. It's close and an easy walk to everything. We would definitely recommend to others to stay.

Room tip: Room 8 was really great

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. I had no issues at all and would stay here again. It was close to everything and that was exactly what I wanted. No negatives at all.

Regular travellers for Art Deco weekend in February, this is our motel of choice. Short walk into city, 1 street back from seaside, staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing to see all the vintage cars in the car park. Can’t wait to get back there in February. Rooms are comfortable and clean without being too fancy, but really it’s all about the service.

For July, room was surprisingly not icy cold on arrival. There was a free standing heater for use, which of course we used for an hour while watching TV but turned off for the night.
Single beds - ever so SMALL when one is used to a Queen! King singles is probably more the norm for adults these days.

Had everything we needed ( we were there for a tournament so only there to sleep
one night and leave early next morning). Could hear banging from other rooms either below or next door.

Shower over a bath - shower curtain was manky- made me cringe to be fair. No excuse for this - should have been washed regularly.
Steps up to our room (Room 7) seemed a little tired - some planks probably could do with checking for stability.
Receptionist was very polite and friendly, but there was a large dog in the reception area behind a gate - it jumped up onto the top of the gate - I'm not in agreement with big dogs inside so I wasn't fussed with this greeting me.
