Its a very good place to finish a long day doing tourism in rotorua. The only recommendation is bring your own towel and pay for the regular adult pool the one that cost 50 NZD is not worth it, too crowded, i asked for an honest recommendation before going in and they told me to go to the expensive one, but the last time i went i got into the cheaper adult one (30 NZD) and is good, found it more spacious so don’t waste money on the expensive one. Even thought was a good experience.

We booked one of the private pools looking out to the lake. Even though it was a grey day & kept on trying to rain it was very relaxing after a long drive. There was a warm shower and ample space to get changed within the room hired.

Super warm and cool pools. We did the $50 - five pools. The various temperatures from 28 - 40 degrees helped us relax our aching muscles. The pools are supposed to have medicinal powers to help in joint aches and arthritis.

We did the one hour massage and the lake pools. The masseuse was a very good and experienced lady from Argentina. She was thorough and dedicated to her job. The pools were ok but not special. They should have more supervision especially with people with children. We saw a baby without swim dippers in the pool. People should be instructed to keep a low level of noice as the place gets loud and prevents relaxation.

My husband and I decided to try our first spa experience here and we enjoyed our time here. We spent 30 minutes in a private spa that had a wonderful of the lake. They also have public pools and private spa without a view. There are a few drawbacks: they don't take reservations for private spas; we didn't see any way to control the temperature of the water; we couldn't have extended the 30 minutes. But we highly recommend the juice bar. We had an orange juice and apple juice after the soak and both were delicious. I think the apple juice was fresh squeezed.
