Food was really good but service was a bit too casual and decor is dated and rundown. We went to sit upstairs but saw a hole in the wall and felt it was dirty so went back downstairs but found that was not much better either. It wouldn't take much to spruce the place up, replace all the old chairs, fix the holes and splash some fresh paint over the walls and close the kitchen door so customers don't have to see any mess. Appears obvious that there are long term owners who now need to just recognise that a freshenup or makeover is necessary for ongoing success.
