Very small units. We were woken early every morning by the constant banging from the cafe below. We when requested to change rooms, reception were unable and unwilling to assit. We kept our snowboarding equipment in the basement drying room everyday, until the night before we checked out, we took our gear to our room to pack and got a letter under the door advising we had breached hotel policy. The linen was dirty and the daily cleaning service left a lot to be desired. We definitely will not be back.

Room Tip: Avoid being anywhere near the cafe.

We appreciate your feedback as we are constantly striving to improve our product, and constantly asking ourselves the question, 'how can we do things better'?.

Looking back at our Reception Shift Report the following entry was made on the 29th July:

102 - Holley, Guest said that they can hear the coffee machine noise from their room when the barista clear the beans (tak tak tak). She wants to move room to sleep well however she will talk with her partner first. Carla & Sophie, she might come back later. Victoria from Frank's has offered a voucher to give them when they come back. - Unfortunately they never came back

Kristen our Team were ready to room move you but because you never came back, it was concluded that after you had spoken with your partner you decided you didn't want to room move, which given the wonderful dual aspect beautiful views from this room we could totally understand this, however, it is not accurate to say that our Team was unwilling and unable to assist, as quite the opposite was the case here.

Regarding Ski equipment, it is posted very clearly this is to be kept in the Ski Gear locker room and not taken into rooms for any reason, as we try to minimize damage to the lift, hotel hallways and to apartments caused by adventure gear, so we kindly ask our guests to use the Ski Gear Locker Room, but sometimes they just need a reminder, hence the note under your door because you weren't at the Hotel but hopefully out enjoying your holiday on the ski fields.
Kristen the one bedroom apartments are on average 42 m2, which most guests find adequate and describe as spacious, but if you are looking for something larger next time we do also offer Two and Three Bedroom Apartments, which also have a balcony.and range between 68 - 95 m2 in size.

Thank you again for your feedback, and I hope this has helped clarify things for you.

We stayed here one full day (thanks to Sophie for the early check-in!) and one night. We were able to walk to the hotel from the airport, which took about 10-15 minutes due to hauling luggage. It’s a quick 4-5 minute walk to the shopping plazas where restaurants, a supermarket, even a department store await you!

Our room was lovely! We had an exquisite view of the mountains!! The bed was so comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for charging our electronics, and a full kitchenette - which was unexpected! The bathroom was very clean. It contained a simple stall shower and one dispenser in the stall for shampoo/body wash. That’s it. There was also a handsoap dispenser near the sink. The bathroom further contained a stacked washer&dryer, which I’d never seen before, but I’m sure is nice if you need it!

All in all, a great stop for resting and recharging before our NZ road trip begins!

It was new, clean and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Right near the airport but we never heard noise. It is further away from Queenstown so you need a car but there is free underground parking.
We would stay there again.

This hotel is perfect if you're visiting Queenstown, its 10 minutes out of the main town which is nice as during peak the city is very busy. Staff are lovely and rooms are clean and comfy. Highly reccomend!
