We stayed as a family of 6 at Turner Heights in June just before Winterfest started. The unit was spotless upon arrival and the top rooms were already heated (very nice since it was quite cold). As others have mentioned, there are 3 levels- the first to store ski gear, the second has 2 bedrooms (we stayed in a 2 bdrm unit) and third has the kitchen and living space. The view is amazing and the hill, while steep, is actually really short- we did it 4 times for the 2 days we were there. The location can't be beat- you can walk to everything, which is good, because parking is a bear in Queenstown. The sky tv was nice, plenty of hot water, toiletries, and towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer was a great thing to have- we did many loads of laundry- haha. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Queenstown.

Stayed here as a couple in room 6A for the Queenstown Winterfest. View was amazing! Room itself clean and tidy, had a very good functional kitchen, good seating, TV/DVD and Sky channel. Heating in the bathroom was very helpful this time of the year and there were 2 other heaters in the lounge area that did the job. Only downside was the size of the double bed but we are used to a king size and the room wasn't big enough for that. Comfortable none the less. None serviced rooms but you can swap over your towels from the laundry and you are free to use the laundry as well. There is also a spa bath on site but we didn't use it. And yes the hill to the townhouses is pretty severe but it kept us fit after all the food and beer. Would stay again but we will probably try another motel next time just for variety!

Lets start with "The Hill". Seriously, it's not that bad and if you want a view, you have to compromise on something. And it's only 1 street back, so only takes about 2 minutes to get up, and only 2 minutes down to the centre of town. There are many worse options. Once up "The Hill", WOW, views to die for. We had townhouse No. 1 and it is great. 3 floors, Entry level is just a foyer, level 2 has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom, balcony off main bedroom. 3rd has full size kitchen, dinning and lounge area. Whilst only 2 of us, there's easily room for a family of 4-6 people. The whole complex is clean & tidy, staff very pleasant and helpful, even though didn't really need their assistance as our 7th time to Q'Town.
The townhouse has everything you need, including full size washing machine & dryer in the kitchen, even washing powder provided.
Free undercover car parking at your front door.
We have stayed in many hotels in QT over the years and I can say from a lot of experience, this is one of the best. So what if it doesn't have a bar or restaurant, there's plenty around. For a family (or just 2 of you) the space these townhouses provide will satisfy the harshest critic. If you don't believe me, try it.
To all at Turner Heights, Thanks Heaps. Will be back.

Room Tip: The upper level units appear to have best view Units 1-7. Can't say about the others.

Amazing view. Easy check in and check out. Clean tidy apartment. Only one toilet. Free wifi. Close to town. A steep walk up the hill. Fully contained kitchen. Comfy beds. Overall a well maintained unit/chalet with a view of Queenstown.

Great hospitality.. villa supplied with the small items that we needed ie: toilet paper, washing up detergent coffee sugar tea milk. Heating very adequate (May) fantastic view from number 4. Terrific mattresses to sleep on nice soft pillows. No trouble booking our tours with them and plenty to choose from. A great place to stay..the hill was a glitch but not unconquerable. Washing machine and dryer...dishwasher... what more could you want !!!!!!!!!! :)

Room Tip: Absolutely THE best views !!!!!!!!!!!!!
