We were pleased to see one of our favourite restaurants had re-opened after being closed for a few years. The flambes were back on the menu and we couldn't wait to try them again! we chose the steak tartare as an entree - prepared at the table by head chef Michael - amazing! Then the beef flambe also prepared at the table by Michael - a real pro at his job! Delicious meal!! Over the next few weeks we returned and tried the other flambes- jambalaya and our favourite the Thai Chicken & Prawns. The desserts are lovely too. This is a terrific restaurant, run by a chef who clearly knows his craft!
