Staff were super friendly and professional. Check in and check our was easy. Food was delicious .
The kitchen window didn’t lock. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for some time and there were hairs all
Over the shower floor and bathroom floor . Couches were ripped and falling apart.
Great location however a little TLC is needed !

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect. Very spacious and cosy - the fireplace was amazing! The bed was also very comfortable. We loved going for walks around the property and seeing kangaroos. Breakfast was lovely with a beautiful view.

Old run down rooms, no bath robes, no dental kits, old furniture, rooms are not sound proof, tedious room service even for basic stuff like fresh towels, the bistro does not even deliver to the rooms, you have to order take away. This is at best a 3-star resort as their hospitality standards are extremely low. Would not recommend unless they upgrade their rooms and facilities.

attending a conference. check in was seamless 3 BR Villa 602 - which was a god send as it was closest to the reception area. the property is quite vast and on a hill and it would be very inconvenient to call the shuttle or drive to the reception all the time. the pool is not heated. breakfast cost $20 and was ok - the usual spreads - the coffee from the breakfast area is from a machine which is fine except they do not provide heated milk so the coffee turned out cold. had to buy one from the bar next door which was of a good standard. unless you're into golf this place is not going to be that attractive. check out was seamless.

Amazing stay at the Oaks Cypress Lakes with friends! Last minute holiday booking for a long weekend but no issues at all from booking to check out! Great two bed apartment with a full kitchen and lots of things to do around the resort! 10/10
