This place was one of the ones recommended by the Information Centre as being central and it is. John who greeted us was very friendly and the room is very good and clean - room 1 with parking right outside the room. Long room with a queen size bed, two bedside tables and lamps, 2 seater couch, desk with two chairs, small wardrobe, iron & board, kettle with coffee & tea and a couple of biscuits. There was a bar fridge, desk and a table with two chairs. There were also 2 plates, mugs, knives and tea spoons and a toaster, kettle but no microwave. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner & body wash all in one dispenser in the shower and a soap dispenser over the sink and tissues in the cabinet below. Two nice towels, a facecloth and a hand towel. The shower is hot with great firm pressure (no bath). There is a bedside clock, a TV and nice quiet reverse cycle air conditioning. Free fast wifi in room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We walked to the Southern Thai Cafe for dinner which was OK. Walking distance to town and the Cave Gardens Sinkhole.

Good location right near town. Clean and tidy and showing age a little especially in towels!

But well laid out and staff were friendly and accommodating of a late arrival.

Rooms were freezing without the aircon running so insulation must not be great.

In town for business, this place was perfect for a good night sleep, nothing overrated ,just good clean and close to eating locations . Easy walk to sink hole and town centre. Parking in front of room.

Great location in middle of town. 5 minutes walk to all the good restaurants and pubs. Rooms are generously sized and well appointed with lounge and kitchen. Also quite location. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was a bit noisy and front window was a little difficult to open and close.
Room was clean and tidy for the age.

We only stayed 2 nights wish it was longer . We had a superior room very clean and comfortable . Then to our surprise a complementary cooked breakfast on both mornings . The motel is as it says mid city a couple of minutes walk to anywhere in town . Also helpful all units are ground floor . Highly recommend .
