Bring your walking boots and take a walk round the Zigzag Track. Stop for a coffee in the shade of the bush land and a photo on the suspension bridge. If is a hot day stop for a dip in the pool and lunch in the cafe.

I didnt need to spend too much time here, there are lots of walking paths, a suspension bridge and a lake. There is also a cafe. There is a paid parking area but depending when you go you might snag a street park for free. Some of the trails are very steep and rocky.

Very scenic place to visit.

Great that it's walking distance from CBD. Lovely gorge walk and there were even bagpipes. The eagle eyrie lookout was disappointing though. Not much of a view. The rest of the gardens and walks were great.

Caught a cab to the Chairllift and the cabbie told us about the walk into town from the end of the Gorge. Decided to do the complete walk instead of the chairlift and glad we did. An easy walk across the suspension bridge then along the Gorge to the city waterfront. Great views along the way topped off by a lone bagpiper playing at a small hut half way along the Gorge which provided excellent acoustics. This is a must do walk!

What an amazing place. Took the chair lift up and walked back. Great weather makes it all the more better. Easily spend hours here.
