Nice, clean hotel room. Tiny bathroom. Not too far from the city centre. Small parkingspace, but free so that is a big plus. Park nearby if you want to jog/walk the dog. I brought a dog, which was easily added on when booking the room on the hotel website, and could be paid for with the rest of the room. (This is a feature that most hotels I've stayed at are missing, and instead you have to pay for the dog at the reception instead of when booking the room.)
A tip for the hotel: when you have customers with dogs, don't put them in the rooms that are the furthest away from the entrance (or any exit). First of all, the dog will be walking along all the corridors on the carpeted floors, and that can't be good for people with allergies. Second: if there is a dog that suddenly gets a stomach complaint, the room is so far away from the nearest exit, they might not make it...just something to think about :) (my dog didn't have any issues, but it did cross my mind)

Relatively basic hotel but very convenient for the hotel with a very large (chargeable) car park. Staff very friendly and helpfull and a basic buffet breakfast is available. Ideal for sleeping over prior to the morning airport dash.

There just isn’t very much to be said in favour of this hotel. To be fair, there isn’t much to be said against it either. It operates on a no-frills, low-cost basis (though those who are unfamiliar with the eyewatering cost of accommodation in Copenhagen will question the ‘low-cost’ notion), and so it wouldn’t be fair to criticise it for the many things it doesn’t offer, such as a safe, toiletries, tea-making equipment, or even a drinking glass (instead of a plastic-wrapped, flimsy plastic cup). It might be fair to wonder why a bedside table, or a lamp positioned near the bed weren’t available.

But never mind; I signed up for no frills, and that’s what I got. And the location was right for this trip: close (a three-minute walk) to Tårnby station, which in turn is about a three-minute ride to the airport. What I was not aware of was the complete absence of amenities in the neighbourhood. For food, a sketchy-looking Italian/Indian restaurant about a ten-minute walk away was it, unless you fancied one of the small selection of tired looking sandwiches sold at the reception desk. This is not the worst criticism one can make of a hotel, but given the existence of other airport-convenient hotels, it’s enough that I’ll look elsewhere first on the next trip.

Small rooms but well organized equipped and clean. Great breakfast buffet with wide selection . Great if you’re going to spend most of your time exploring the City. Close to the city for commuting from Tarnby, takes about 10 minutes to the centre.

This was an ok hotel, but I wouldn't stay there again as I chose it for it's proximity to the airport, but it didn't save me enough time to justify going back.
The staff was polite, the room was clean, and I had no issues there.

One issue is that there really wasn't anything around it, so other than a limited menu at the bar, there wasn't much to eat.

If I was driving, it would have been fine, but I'd have been better off to find a hotel close to the central train station and take the express train instead since I was only using mass transit.

Room tip: Only stay here if you're driving.

We stayed at the Go Copenhagen last year for about a week and had a good experience. So why not do it again. This year the experience was the same. The rooms might not be the biggest, (European sized), but sufficient enough. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean and well looked after. There is free parking, the wifi is free, breakfast is available for a nominal charge, and the front desk is open 24 hours. The terrace is just outside the lobby area where you can have a "picnic" if you wish, there is a Netto located about five minutes away. Also, there is always available, for a nominal fee, hot drinks in the lobby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is a reasonable priced hotel and is in a convenient location. The hotel is situated about a 200 metre walk away from Taarnby Station. It is about a 3 minute drive to the Airport and the Fields department store is only a short drive away or only one stop away on the train.
We use it for our base, for visiting sights or for visiting family, or actually just to enjoy Copenhagen! For starters, Taarnby Kirke is just across the street. This is a beautiful and amazing church, dating from the 12th century. The charming fishing village of Dragor, dating from the 12th century is a 8 minute drive away. We used the Go Copenhagen Hotel as our base to explore more of Northern Zealand. As the hotel is situated just off the highway, it was easy to get on the proper roads to visit different Northern Zealand highlights. Gilleleje, for instance, is a small fishing village on Zealand's northern coast. It is only about an hours drive from the hotel. This town has a very interesting history associated with the rescue of Denmark's Jewish community as it relates to WW2. There are amazing places to visit in the countryside north of Denmark. A few that we visited were Jaegerspris Slot, the town of Frederiksund, Frederiksborg Slot, Soborg Slot Ruin, and among other sites in Gilileje, the church. This will keep you going. Then of course, you will need a beach break, try closeby Amager Strandpark and Bellevue beach. Good places to catch the Sun.
There are perhaps two comments that I shall make about Go Copenhagen, they in no way make me want to subtract any points. One is, this is a popular hotel with workmen, the parking lot can fill up rather full with their vans, etc. We always found a spot to park, but it was rather nip and tuck, literally. The other one is, there is a cultural centre just next door. They seemed to have weddings, etc. going on there quite often. It wasn't the celebrating that got noisy, it was the setting off of fireworks. I don't think that this is legal in Denmark. It didn't carry on and on, but it happened on both our visits there, and of course, at some point gave us rather rude awakenings.
Needless to say, we will stay here again.
