My wife and i used to eat at the Bridge Seafoods under the old management nearly once a week. On Easter Monday we attended the Bridge Seafoods under the new ownership and management. The cold seafood we had was lovely, the hot seafood was also good, although the chips could have been better. The refurbishments to the toilets are good and long over due. However there are some things that need to improve. There are no self serve trays or plastic bags for the fresh seafood. We were served our in house dining cold seafood on a black plastic tray, the hot was served up in a cardboard box. We had to ask for a plate for the cold, ask for a scraps bowl and were given a small plastic supermarket type food container as a finger bowl. We had to ask for plates to eat our in house hot seafood which was served in cardboard cartons. Also another patron could not get grilled fish on the day as the griller wasn't working. My wife was told they weren't 'operational yet for in house dining'. Also there were no recycling bins available for bottles. There were also no high chairs available. for people with small children. I understand with new owners and management changes occur but improvements in a number of areas still required.
