We had a really enjoyable time on this tram journey. The scenery was beautiful & commentary was very informative & interesting however the microphone was a little loud although I didn’t think to tell him.
The 25 minute stop at the cascades was beautiful. The $14 charge for 2 year olds & $4 charge for babies is a bit much.

We dropped by Pemberton as we needed a stop between Augusta and Perth city, so we thought we will give this tramway a go. It was surprisingly good as I did not expect much. The scenery was nice and we even saw a wild kangaroo hopping on the tracks in front of us. Halfway through the ride, we could alight for 20 minutes near the waterfalls to take some photos before we got on again.

It is not a must do on the itinerary, you will not be missing out if you did not try it. But if you happen to be nearby or in the area, then give it a go. It is quite relaxing to be sitting on the tram for 1hour 40 mins doing nothing but just enjoying the scenery.

We went with 23 of us and it was fantastic. Got to go explore the Cascades as well. The tour guide has us all entertained and laughing.
A beautiful tram ride indeed

We got out of the rain and into the tram, which was pretty much the signal for the rain to stop so we could roll up the plast side curtains to get a better view. Adam, our driver/narrator kept us amused with the history of Pemberton and various anecdotes. He slowed down for anything interesting and we did stop at the cascades to walk down to the river for a closer look. Not the most exciting trip in the world but a relaxing way to spend a couple of hours.

We did the morning trip to the forrest and waterfalls. It was a cold day with rain off and on, the weather did little to impact on the train trip. The commentary and scenery were excellent.

We all loved our morning with an informative unique experience this morning. Our driver was knowledgeable and delivered his commentary with good humour throughout even if you were a Collingwood supporter. Loved being able to explore the cascades and the view from the tramway was beautiful and a great way to see some of the local trout streams and forests. The history is delivered in an entertaining manner.

We went early to buy our tickets but had the impression the ticket seller was on the phone and we were a bit of a nuisance. However she did tell us to dress warmly which is imperative.
When we started our trip we were a bit disappointed in the dress code of the driver. Too casual, no effort there. The train wasn't well maintained. The commentary was disappointing. I'm sure overseas visitors wouldn't understand his overdone Collingwood quips.
We wouldn't recommend this trip. It was basic. Just a money spinner for someone. Too expensive for what it was. These people need to smarten themselves up a bit.

Adam’s Amusing Anecdotes made for a AAA experience!
Seriously though - although quite a chilly day we had a lovely ride through the forest learning about the area and it’s hisrory. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
