We travelled with 2A & 2C stay here for 2 nights. We would highly recommended this place to anyone to consider a farm stay in WA.
The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our kids loves the fun animal feeding session so much especially the cute ducks!! Mark and Kerriann are lovely host and perfect source for knowledge and tip when working with the children at animal feeding time. This is a place for unwind and just so easy to relax into it. Wonderful experience for us!!

Room Tip: Lavender cottages is near to the reception

The animal feeding is definitely a highlight for our guests and the ducks are indeed very popular. Great little farm stay break, animals are all very cute and feeding time is lots of fun. The owners are very helpful and obviously love their animals. Good location with lots to explore close by. Kids would adore this!

Hi TraveIsGr8,

Thank you for taking the time to review our farm stay. Great to hear that you enjoyed you break on our farm. We do indeed love our animals, perhaps a bit to much sometimes, but we also love sharing them. Our daily animal feeding is our favourite part of the day as we get to spend time with our animals but also meeting all of our guests. We are also very lucky being part way between Manjimup and Pemberton which gives us the best of both towns close by. We'd love to see you back again should you ever holiday down this way again.

Our group of 2 families stayed 3 nights with kids from 4 to 12 yo. We had both Bluegum Cottage and Forest Cottage that were pretty near to each other but yet having privacy of our own.
Our kids were so excited with the morning feeds with Farmer Mark, especially with owner's dogs Coco and Sam running around and with the 50 ducks roaming freely around the dam for kids to feed all day. Mark and Kerriann were also very patient answering our kids never ending questions!
Rooms were clean and bed comes with warm electric blanket, very thoughtful of owner to have this installed keeping guest warm in winter. Kitchen was fully equipped they even have a rice cooker! Foil was also provided for our BBQ usage. Washing machine/dryer was a walking distance though...
Wifi connection was only available close to the game room area. It would be great if all cottages can receive Wifi signal.
Nearby was Manjimup about 15 mins drive where Woolworths supermarket was situated for our groceries and Manjimup Timber & Heritage Park is a big playground that makes our children goes wild.
We literally wakes up every morning to natures sounds, feeling so relaxed and contented.
Thanks Mark & Kerriann for the beautiful memories.
We would not hesitate to recommend this farm stay to friends.

Hi WinOwwww0617,

Thank you for taking the time to review our farm stay. Glad to hear that you all enjoyed your stay with us. We are very lucky that we are ideally situated close to both Pemberton and Manjimup and, yes, the Manjimup Timber and Heritage Park is extremely popular with kids. Staying on a farm can be a great escape from city life as we are amongst the forest that has abundant native birdlife which can be a very pleasant way to wake up. Your kids were fantastic and we love to have them so interested in all the animals and so enthusiastic on the daily animal feed.
Unfortunately Wifi in the country areas of WA can be a bit slow and limited due to it being through a Satellite service. With every new technology that becomes available we update our service and we are lucky that it has improved significantly over the years. We like to think of it as an opportunity for people to switch of a reconnect with their families while they are on holidays while still having some services available.
Our laundry facilities are located centrally to all four cottages and are provided free of charge including washing detergent. This does, however, mean there is a short walk from each cottage.

My partner and I would recommend Diamond Forest Cottages to anyone considering staying. We were warmly welcomed and the cottages were tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the farm animals being feed in the mornings. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. We'd definitely like to come back and for longer. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We were delighted to stay at Diamond Forest Cottages for our first family holiday to Pemberton. Mark and Keriann gave us a warm welcome and gave us some great local restaurant recommendations for our stay.
The cottages were comfortable and clean and had everything you needed.
Our favorite part was waking up each morning and feeding all the animals with Keriann. Our daughter also really enjoyed her first experiences fishing and canoeing. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we can't wait to come back!

Hi JKM1569,

Thank you for taking the time to review our farm stay. It's lovely to hear that you had a great visit. The animal feeding every morning is definitely very popular. In fact, we still enjoy it, even after all the times we have done it. How exciting that you experienced so many first on your holiday: first time to the Pemberton region, first time fishing, first time canoeing. We can't wait to see you back again.

Diamond Forest Cottages is everything you'd expect plus more. Mark & Kerriann (the owners) were so welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was immaculate and was complete with everything you may need during a stay (bedding, kitchen appliances etc). It was lovely to see so many animals and they were friendly, in great condition and obviously well looked after. The amenities were also great including canoes and trout fishing. Among all of the great new experiences as a family our little boy caught his very first fish so this will be a very memorable holiday for us for many years to come. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend to young families.

Hi TLM283,

Thank you for reviewing our farm stay. Congratulations to your son on catching his first ever fish. It can be quite exciting to hook a trout especially since trout can be quite tricky to catch. Well done! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and would love to see you all back again some time in the future.
