Have had many such personal experiences in the past few weeks with Chefs Tables and am coming more to the conclusion that this is the best way to enjoy the chefs and restaurant skills.
However it takes a special skill to pull it off and Ibento is doing it superbly.
You not only have to have a cooking skill but also a communication skill in relating to the diners and literally expose yourself in the whole gamut from preparation to delivery.
This was a special night with Zeb teaming up with Michael Ryan from Provenance and Julian Castagna from the Beechworth winery to produce the most amazing combination of wood, wine and personal experiences.
