This place is set in a beautiful spot in woodland not far from Binz. Our apartment (Vera) was quite large and had a pretty kitchen overlooking the garden. There is ample space to explore outside, and the outside table is a wonderful place to have breakfast. There are a few other houses nearby. When Crispin (the owner) was there he was a friendly and engaging host, and did his best to help us access the property whilst the main road nearby was being resurfaced. When I booked the property I thought it was just us and nobody else for miles around, but - and the entry shows this now - the property is divided into apartments, so you may well be sharing the building with other holidaymakers. There were a couple of things which I think need improvement - there was very little hot water on the last two days, and I think it would benefit from another sofa and some more curtains, especially if you are there in autumn or winter. But this is a lovely, quirky place, and was a great base from which to explore the island.
