Very nice stay at this hotel. Beautiful building. Friendly people. Lovely town. The visitors can find a good restaurants close the hotel. Be advised about lunch hour, that will be better starting at noon untill 2 pm. After that you can find a good cafe at caffetteria Tropical (27, main street).

Room Tip: quieter rooms, and perfect place.

Reading through other reviews I wonder if we got the cheap room? It felt small and while the large beamed ceilings were interesting, it was not a comfortable place to hang out. The bathroom had a standard small shower, but the deal killer was that you experienced the entire sequence of Roman bath temperatures every 30 seconds (ancient Roman baths had hot, tepid, and cool tubs to rotate through). Breakfast was adequate, but as another review noted. below Italian standards. Also as noted elsewhere, the common area (breakfast room) had wonderful art and frescoes, but our room and hallways were largely barren. Would look elsewhere if we return.

It is q beautiful building of what had to be a great palace . Our room was big enough with enough space to place q crib for a baby.

The location is perfect just in the old town center.

Walls are very thick so no wifi and almost no tel signal inside the room.

The staff is very warm and friendly.

I missed more options for breakfast , the buffet was simple.

Very quaint. Nice people. Large room with desk, chair, queen bed and armoire. Small bathroom with shower only. Lovey town and hotel centrally located. Good lighting in room and free wifi. Area is very quite and is accessed by an alley.

This was a very nice hotel for the price, and included larger than expected rooms. It was right on the main street so easy to access (harder by car I imagine).

Breakfast was reasonable: good cappuccino, some fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, sliced meats and hard boiled eggs.

Internet working only in the lobby.

Great value.
