Just stayed 4 nights at the magniola with my daughter in their 2 bedrooms cottage.
The place is spotless, well maintained and with nice people serving you.
Nothing to fault appart that we would have loved staying longer!!!
We will be back and I do recommend their cottage!!!!
Great job !!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 night stay at this lovely Palm Springs inspired hotel! The staff are v friendly always cheery and nothing too much trouble .. all the staff wear masks and the sanitising was v high stands all over the hotel ..
we had a suite which was nice and roomy .. very comfortable and lots of storage could do with some more hooks and little better lighting but minor things .. hotel v clean we also hired bikes to go to QDL shopping.. the food at the hotel is of a really good standard + you must try the film night! Overall we would stay here again.. lovely atmosphere great staff and food and good location !

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was perfect. We are in our late 20s and were after a hotel with a good location, trendy, good facilities and that didn’t have loads of kids running around and The Magnolia ticked every box. I found the bed so comfortable and slept very well here, breakfast was of a good standard and we had lunch a few times by the pool and found the food to be fresh and tasty. We loved our holiday here and will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Added bonuses were the bikes and onsite tennis courts were free to hire and my boyfriend said that the gym facilities were good. Thank you to all the staff for a superb stay

Sadly so underwhelmed by this hotel...don’t be fooled by instagram....this is not a four star! We booked a suite but it was so basic it’s a joke! The lighting is awful (just two bedside lamps and a desk lamp) and only one plug so we had to unplug the fridge to dry our hair! The pump dispensers in the bathroom are also not what you expect in a for star! No robes, no slippers and no kettle in the room. The staff are disinterested and unfriendly at all times.The pool area isn’t very clean...dirty glasses are left hanging around. Breakfast is awful....only one person serving with huge queues. When you do finally get given food it’s the smallest possible amount they can get away with! We asked for a cappuccino one morning (you have to pay extra!) and it took over 40 mins to arrive!! The next morning my partner asked for pancakes, despite polite reminders they never arrived so we gave up and left (still hungry!) We would not recommend this hotel to anyone....they charge high prices for the bare minimum in rooms and service. There are many other far nicer options locally! Avoid!

Thank you for your honest review. We are very disappointed to read that you had such a poor experience with us and that the hotel was not what you expected. The hotel is certified as a 4 star hotel and while it does not have bathrobes and slippers which are not a requisite we have over an above the facilities and amenities needed to be graded as such. I have shared all your comments with the team to help us understand what went wrong during your stay with us as your feedback is very out of character for the hotel which you would see from the majority of our guests who love in particular the friendliness and cleanliness of our hotel.

Excellent, 5 star service. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, superb wifi and the staff are wonderful. Food is delicious and well priced. We stayed 1 week and extended our stay for another 2 weeks. Great location for golf, beach and shopping. Full size tennis court, fantastic gym, lovely 4 course meal and outside movies shown twice per week.
