We spent 5 days at the Lemontree and really had a great stay. The room was very comfortable. Spent alot of time on the covered deck, with a great view. The house sits right on the water so when the water was rough we enjoyed the sound. Close to Rincon which is a realy nice town. Want to thank Wilson for all your help, it was nice visiting with You and also Bella Jane for renting us one more night and making it work. If we come back to Pureto Rico again we will stay at the Lemontree.

Room tip: They are all good, all on the water.

stayed one night at Lemon tree,. the house is literally built on a seawall. tide comes up right to wall so there is no beach area although you can walk down steps and get directly into the water. there is a reef area and snorkeling right in front. A roadway is right in front of the house but with the air conditioning on we didn't hear anything.. The location is quiet and at the south end of Rinton, which was lovely. If you are looking to stay in the surfing area it is just a few miles north in Punta. I was delighted to find there was plenty of Hot water here.

Room tip: stayed in bananna room,2nd floor with jacuzzi tub in bathroom

Despite that there are several units in a small area this place has a very private feel. The rooms and kitchenette are very nice and convenient. Supermarket is 5 min drive away as well as several restaurants. The beach is down some steps and it is narrow and there are rocks in the water. But to us that didn't matter in the least and it's also very private. Owners and staff very nice and helpful

First time visiting Rincon, and booked this wonderful place. I have no cons but that I should have stayed longer. The rooms are great, everything you need for a comfy stay. The views are amazing! It was a treat to watch the sunset from our room. Sheila was very helpful and professional she offered tips and suggestion on places to eat, that made the whole stayed even better. Thank you Sheila!

Room tip: Guava room is great for 4 people, it has a dining area, living room and even a bar!

My wife and I wanted to find a place that would allow us to relax. We found it! The cottage was right on the water with the sounds of the ocean and amazing views. Our cottage had a huge covered porch that sat right at the edge of the ocean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife loved watching the birds catching fish on the ocean and the iguanas in the trees on the other side of the street. If you want to find a great place to relax, this is your place! We are looking forward to a return visit.

Room tip: Oceanfront covered porch was excellent.
