I had the best experience in my stay in Casa Verde! The room was super cozy, super clean and had enough space for the lugage and boards! We also had a balcony with a good view to Sandys Beach! The hotel has the perfect location for those who are looking for the best waves in Puerto Rico. We could go walking to Pools Beach, Sandys Beach, Antonios, and it was few minutes by car from Domes Beach, Marias Beach aind Indicators! The center of Rincon is also few minutes by car. Casa Verde Hotel couldn´t be in a best location!
Infront of the hotel there is that bar with a restaurant with the most amazing drinks and foods we had!

We had an awesome stay in the Dogmans room (top floor). It was super clean, with great a/c, higher ceilings and good light, plenty of room. The shower had plenty of hot water, decent water pressure, and the bathroom set up was really clever and good with slightly separated toilet, shower and vanity/ sinks areas.
The deck! We LOVED sitting out on the deck with great views and shade. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The saltwater pool was really nice for a dip. Having a little shop right across the street, the beach, and at least 3 good restaurants within an easy walk meant we could leave the car parked. Awesome all around! We will be back!

There weren't many recent reviews of this hotel so we took a chance for a quick family vacation for some surf lessons (our instructors were GREAT - 5 stars there). The positives: The staff was super friendly. There was a balcony with some outside chairs to lounge in. The daily maid service was thorough and appreciated. Beach/pool towels were plentiful and appreciated. And when there were problems with our room (the refrigerator broke after the power was out, and the handle on the toilet broke) they were super responsive and quick to fix. The negatives: Our room was LOUD at night, despite being in the further of the two buildings from the bar/restaurant. I had asked about it specifically when booking and was told there had never been noise complaints from that room, but I don't see how that couild possibly be true. Thank God for earplugs and a noise machine which I purposely brought along. Do they want a hotel or a rowdy bar/restaurant? It seems like they have a choice to make if they want the hotel to be successful. There was a really bright light outside our window, blackout curtains would be helpful, or be forewarned and bring an eye mask. It was as bright as daylight all night long. The towels are probably 10 years old, as old as the last renovation. They are worn so thin and really need to be replaced. There was no hot water. Lastly, during the high season there would be more coffee and food options nearby. We had to drive 20 minutes to the nearest market to get breakfast options before our surf lessons and that wasn't really conveyed to us when I had asked about it. There is an unused bar area at the hotel that would be so perfect for a coffee station and fresh fruit/pastry options - I hope the hotel will consider offering that for their guests. It's a cute place and could be even better with some tweaks. Giving it 3 stars on a 3 star hotel.
