I went to Churry for the first time since some locals I play soccer with told me that this is a Puerto Rican institution. We actually went to the one that is in Cupey, right next to the university where there are like 5 or 6 food trucks next to ToGo. We got there around 11:30pm on a Friday night and there was no line, but right after we ordered, there was a long line with about 10 people.
I ordered my baguette style Churry special that had chicken and meat combined together with some sauce, onions, greens, and friend chips on it. It was actually pretty good at the price of $6.5+ for the sandwich. The price was very reasonable and got me full.
They have other options and add-ons just like McDonalds or any other fast food chains.
It is a food truck, so the service was relatively fast and the price was not expensive at all.
I enjoyed my sandwich and will be looking forward in going there again.
1. Wash your hands before going there or go to the ToGo bathroom.
2. The place takes Visa, but not Amex.
3. There are a handful of chairs to sit, but you most likely will take it out or eat in your car.
4. Some parking available on the streets.
