We've been to lots of countries, but this restaurant, this is the WORST restaurant we've ever been! We were here to eat, not to be pissed off, okay? First, we went inside, no one guided us. Then, we choosed a table without a "Reserved " sign, a waitress suddenly pushed us to move, she said that was reserved. After we ordered the drink, a waiter threw the cup on the table rudely . When we politely told him we need some time to order other dishes and drink, he said nothing and showed an unpleasant face. Excuse me? Is this your way to work in a restaurant? Seriously, don't go to this restaurant, it would ruin your day in cesky krumlov. With a fair price, you can certainly get a better service than this!!! To the manager who wanted to save the situation, it's not your fault, you just need some normal workmates.

This place was recommended by a friend so we thought we would try it. Full restaurant when we arrived, helpful staff quickly found us a table. Good atmosphere and service and food was as good. Boys had Gulash and pork neck whilst myself and my wife shared a mixed grill. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. The beef on the mixed grill was of seasoned for my taste but everything else was great.
The beer was very, very good and worth a visit just to try. All in all a good experience.

Visited this place for lunch and it was as bad as you may expect at a remote roadside cafe... Duck was not cooked but warmed up, grilled camamber was like an old chewing gum. Apple strudel with no apples inside...

Went here after a walking tour for a beer and a snack. Beer is good and they have a decent selection of food. Stop here if you have time. It's the local brewery from 1560!

I stumbled into this tiny place while looking for lunch in Cesky Krumlov, while wanting to avoid crowds. It's a small, cosy pub serving what feels like home-cooked food. It felt like a one-woman operation, so service was a bit slow, but not unreasonable. I had the szegedin goulash with bread dumplings, which turned out to be a hearty, tasty meal (if a bit on the salty side). You should come here if you want a tasty meal without bells and whistles.
