A luxurious apartment hotel in an ancient building, in the very heart of the Mala Starna area. I have secured the presidential suite as defined, 160 square meters, 2 showers and toilets, Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners, balcony, smart flat screen, 3 Grant beds and many many more! The local staff, the most patient and nice people I've ever met in a hotel. We were given a free gift as a result of my parents birthdays. Minute walk from Charles Bridge, an area full of restaurants and cafes. Of course this is not the cheapest option, but for those who want a combination of luxury, comfort, location and not too high prices, this is the perfect solution. A good breakfast of EUR 7 per person in a coffee shop next to the apartment.

This hotel is in an excellent location and we loved it. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They offered us help many times with restaurants and other questions. We booked a Family Apartment which was on the 4th floor and had two separate bedrooms with a master bath and separate bathroom – it was very nice. The only issue we had was that Hotels.com listed this as having a washer and a dryer. Unfortunately this was not true - it had neither. When I brought it the management’s attention, they offered to do our laundry for free. Later that day – they informed us that we would be moving the 3rd (and last day in Prague) to an upgraded larger family apartment that had laundry. As we moved in that day there was no clothes dryer which was a minor inconvenience. The upgrade was definitely an upgrade (no charge) and the view was spectacular (see pic). They have breakfast available (small charge) at a local restaurant 100 feet away and it was delicious. Parking (extra charge) is several blocks away and convenient. There are dozens of restaurants back to back in the square offering many choices. It is a very short walk to Charles bridge and a short but steep walk to Prague castle. There is a tram right outside the door of the hotel .

Room tip: get the upgraded family apartment with laundry

I stayed for a week in the Malostranska Residence and I highly, highly recommend it! It is centrally located with shops and restaurants right outside the front door and it's just a few steps to St. Charles Bridge. It has a classy, old world charm. The views are great and the suite I stayed in had a full working kitchen which is very rare! So if you want to cook at home to save a few bucks you can. They even did my laundry at a very affordable price. Most of all I have to compliment the awesome women who work there. Veronica was very helpful and met all my needs and I have to especially compliment MARKETA who went above and beyond to help me with a personal situation totally unrelated to my stay. She's a superstar. I'm visiting Prague again next year and I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in the Presidential suite which was a little big for only two people but we did have plenty of space and compared to high end hotels in Prague this was excellent value. . It is decorated in a traditional style but is well kept and has every amenity you would need in an apartment. As it was an apartment I didn't expect daily housekeeping but there was, which was great. It is very conveniently located near the Charles Bridge but this didn't make it noisy and you could walk everywhere from the apartment. The staff, as said in previous reviews, very helpful and organised a tour of Prague in one of the old cars which was excellent.

As other travelers have commented about how great this place is, it really does not do it justice. Staff was incredible from top to bottom. They definitely know how to run a residence with customer service as their number one goal. We stayed four nights, left to visit two different cities and came back and stayed two more. When we left after the first portion of our trip they let us keep 7 different pieces of luggage in storage with them so we did not have to drag it all over the country. There was absolutely no hesitation when asked either. When we arrived back, we had the same room and our luggage was waiting for us in our room. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was dreading getting it all up to our Presidential Suite, but it was handled for us. Incredible customer service. As far as the residence itself and our room....words truly can't describe it accurately. The three bedrooms were perfect. We had a huge living room, fully stocked kitchen and two super clean bathrooms. It was WAY more than we hoped for at a fraction of what we should have spent. We were literally a three minute walk to the Charles Bridge and was excitement all around us. I would 1,000,000% recommend anyone to stay here during their stay in Prague. You will not regret it.

Room tip: We stayed in room 301 and it was super quiet and the views were AMAZING!!!
