we stayed at Hoffmeister Hotel from Dec 27 - Jan 3.

I would like to thank the staff for their amazing service, kindness and hospitality. a special thanx to Ivana who made sure that me, Mom and sister are satisfied. Your service orientation is beyond mentioned and your personality and kindness were incredible, thank you!

I Also would like to Thank Hamada who was so kind with us and made us feel like we’re home. He always smiled and made sure we’re alright.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, the service was excellent and the big NYE was amazing, we had a great time, we enjoyed the beautiful decorations, delicious food, live band and fireworks.

The Hotel is close to everything by 10-15 minutes walking.

The only thing I can note is that it would’ve been preferable if the Lobby was bigger than it is right now. Instead of sitting in the Lobby- the guests sat in the restaurant which wasn’t convenient But- maybe it’s the concept of the Hotel. In any case- we had a really good time at your Hotel.

Stayed here with my family for New Year s Eve.

The hotel is WONDERFUL, the rooms look exactly as pictured on the hotel site.

The spa is great, they charge a fee for the spa, but it s a private spa, only for yourself, so it s worth the money as well.

The party for the New Year s Eve was exquisite, the food was good, we had live music....i really had a great time and i would like to thank the entire hotel staff for this.

However, i do have a small suggestion. For the breakfast, try opening the restaurant in the back as well, so people don t have to wait....and make sure the food is sufficient. This morning, for instance, i had to wait quite a while to be seated, for the ham, for the eggs, for the nutella etc.

However, this was a great experience, i highly recommend this hotel.

And a big thank you again to the staff and management for the wonderful party they threw.
