We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff was very pleasant at check-in and with helping us get our car parked. We are a family of 5 and use to having to squeeze into a hotel room, but not here! The apartment was very large even for us! It was within easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant served a good and quick breakfast. We look forward to returning on our next visit.

We had the suite, which was huge for a couple. The room faced on to the street and was on the first floor. Next time I would ask for a room on a higher floor. In warmer months it would be loud if you sleep with the windows open, but with closed windows you hear very little street noise. But: we were there Sunday-Thursday, so not on weekends when things tend to get louder. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. A short walk to the centre of Mala Strana or across the bridge to the National Theatre. There isn't someone at reception 24/7 but we informed the hotel when we would be arriving and someone was there to check us in.

We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 children aged 11 and 14 in a 2 bedroom suite. We had plenty of space with one bathroom and also a separate toilet. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped although a kettle was provided in the room there were no cups, cutlery or tea or coffee. Location was good for us, close to the castle and Petrin Tower. Charles Bridge and Old Town Square were an easy leisurely walk of about 20 minutes. Cafe in the ground floor was good, we had prepaid for breakfast each morning but would recommend paying for breakfast each day as many items much less then the 8 euro per person we paid in advance (especially if you have children who don`t eat a full English breakfast). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and also small grocery stores. Area away from all the bars etc so no street noise on a night.

Good location, cheap, near the castle and city centre, parking spaces available (avoid large cars), manager speaks very good english, but other staff strugle a little, but they're very nice! Very big rooms, but empty in a way, kinda old furniture, good bathroom. Probably would stay in another place next time. But if you're low on cash, it's a good bang for the buck.

We stayed in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment. The rooms are large and modern with large king beds in each room. The shower head holder in one bathroom was broken so this was annoying as we only had one shower for 5 people. Location is excellent and there is parking onsite. There is a great cafe downstairs for breakfast (as well as other cafes / restaurants close by). Would definitely stay there again.
