We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel which is located in the Jewish quarter and is in walking distance of the old town square and castle and other attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the the bedroom was a nice size with a tea tray and safe. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options and the bar serves reasonably priced. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars less than 10 minutes walk away.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when visiting Krakow again but preferably in the Summer as it was very cold in March when we visited.

I liked the atmosphere and the modern design of the hotel, the food was excellent and rooms were big and comfortable, we had a king size bed and i actually really enjoyed showering! The only thing that was a problem, is the staff who weren’t so friendly and didn’t want to help when we had an issue with a local restaurant food order. But except it we enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely hotel, staff are attentive and extremely helpful. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice. The rooms are a decent size, with all the facilities you would need including a fridge. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was really fresh and had good doublerooms that were quite large for 2 people. Minibar with soft drinks, beer and water. You also have a safe in the rooms to store your personal belongings. I loved that it was so close to the Pinball museum and that you could walk easily near the lake.
