The Ibis Centrum was a nice and well kept hotel in a convenient location just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout and assisted us on excursions, nights out and places to see.
We arrived for a 5 night break for a reasonable £250 and each room has free Wi-Fi and en suite. The room was well kept and comfortable, though could of benefitted from satellite TV and possibly ironing/pressing appliances in each room. The décor in each room was unique, having a musical theme and very decorative walls, adding to the appeal of the room. The en suite was also well kept and includes complimentary shower gel and hand wash. The on site restaurant was also pleasant enough, serving burgers, main meals and breakfast. Though the food was nice, the prices of food and drink were quite expensive compared to other locations nearby.
Overall, Ibis is a pleasant hotel I could definitely recommend and offers good room prices, a comfortable bed and room and is in an accessible location. We would definitely return if visiting Krakow again.
