A beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with the option to order hot food eg Pancakes. Location was great, about 5 minutes walk from the main square, Krakow is a small town and everything was in walking distance, including plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Very centrally located hotel, just a stone's throw from the main square. Also close to the main railway station ( ten minutes on foot), very easy access, as a result, from the airport ( transfer time less than 30 minutes in total). Staff were pleasant and helpful, and a very good breakfast was offered each morning. The loft room was clean, if small, and the bathroom had been recently renovated. Slightly noisy at night (my room looked out on a busy, pedestrian, street), but this was a trade off worth the central location. And the noise abated after midnight. Would very happily stay here again.

This's a very beautiful boutique hotel with great location, the most amazing staff and cosy rooms.
It's less than 5 minutes away from the main old square by foot. On the other side is located the Barbican castle of Krakow also just within 5 minutes of walk. The street is very quiet and nice.
It's not too far from Kazimierz-the Jewish Quarter. Krakow itself isn't a big city, most of the attractions are easy reachable by foot.
My room was on the 3rd floor, and the window was on the roof. The design was very nice and interesting. There's even a teapot with tea and coffee in the room, which isn't a common thing for 3 star hotels.
Plus the hotel is very clean, which is the most important thing for me.
The breakfast was very nice and fresh in a very original old style restaurant.
And the staff is just Wow! So so friendly, all the girls on reception and in the restaurant. All of my questions were answered so properly and with all the details and of course with wide smile!

I stayed here for 5 days, and was really happy with my choice of hotel. Very centrally located, but at the same time very quiet compared to some of the other centrally located hotels in old city. The best about the hotel was the friendly staff. All of them were very serviceminded. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and that everyday I got asked if I wanted something hot freshly made like pancakes, fried eggs, hot choclate etc.

The rooms was very nice, and large for a single room. The only thing that wasn´t great , was that after 5 nights the bed felt a littlebit to hard for my taste.
